Phf2遺伝子のfloxedマウス。Phf2はH3K9me2脱メチル化酵素であり、転写因子のcoactivatorとして働く。本マウスはCre依存的にPhf2を欠損する系統であり、全身性に欠損させた時は、部分的な新生児致死、発育遅延、脂肪組織の委縮を呈する。PHF2の特定組織における機能の研究に有用である。
